Mont Avic Nature Park: Val Clavalitè

The second of the two days dedicated to exploring the MontAvic Nature Park will take place in Val Clavalitè, a truly wild corner of the Aosta Valley whose right bank has recently been included within the boundaries of the protected area. Amid a riot of diverse landscapes and environments, we’ll reach the crystal-clear waters of Lake Medzove, at the foot of the imposing Mont Glacier. An opportunity to slowly discover an incredible treasure trove of biodiversity!

Excursion details:

· Difficulty: E – Elevation gain: approx. 900 m – Distance: approx. 14 km round trip

· Meeting point: -For those already on site: 8:45 a.m. at the starting point parking lot.

-For those coming from Turin: 7:50 a.m. at the Quincinetto toll plaza parking lot (https://maps.app.goo.gl/gvsPLvHBraTEufYGA)

·   Return to the cars: around 4 p.m.

Required equipment: layered clothing (T-shirt, fleece, jacket, long pants), light hat and gloves, packed lunch and energy snacks, water bottle with a capacity of at least 0.75 liters, sunglasses, and sunscreen.
